Today's experience was horrible. Waited in line 30 minutes. When I got up to to drive thru speaker,after the car in front of me... drove off, I sat there a few minutes and then asked was anyone there. Finally they came on and took my order.Pulled up to thewindow and the manager was the one running the drive thru window. He didnt apologize for the long wait or anything. Fix your parking lot! Not once, but twice this week I was almost hit by cars entering in the EXIT ONLY portion of the parking... lot. You need to update the paint and have bigger signs at the exit and entrance before a customer gets hurt!! Read more
They open at 5am, I was 2nd in line at the drive thru at 5...waited over 20 mins at speaker, still no one took order. I drove to... window as did the car in front of me thinking speaker was broken. Was told they didn't take orders that way and I had to driveback around, with 10 more cars in line by then I told the cashier I would not! After words back and forth they took my order. My receipt is stamped 5:27, all they needed to do was say "mamm, we are short staffed, we will be with you in a few minutes", Iwill stick with Hardee's down the road, they open at 5am on the dot. Their claim to fame, is freshest largest biscuits and best Ice Tea in the business. They need to work on that. The people are... friendly and gracious but they need to get back to before COVID 19 if they can. Read more
Me and my boyfriend pulled up and started ordering the order taker told us to hold on aggressively and told us to continue after... about a minute of waiting. We got to the window and payed and waited on our food when we got our food we asked for sauce and wastold the the sauce is 50 cents and told us we need to complete our order at the mic because it?s only three people insideworking. I hate it because the general manager is kind and helpful but even when I was telling him his staff didn't have to cuss over the... drive through mic. They came up and started yelling over him.. Went in just to use the bathroom and get a tea. Used the bathroom first, someone pussed in the floor and I stepped in it. I old... the lady who took my order who then proceeded to charge ignore me like I didn?t say anything. They also didn?t have sweet tea inthe dining room, go figure.
