Well I would like to start off with this restaurant franchise owner is an absolute Absentee owner hes got one waitress with a... smile on her face doing the best job she can I have no idea what's happening to the poor cook staff in the back. He needs to beheld responsible for leaving his staff so in the weeds and probably should have his franchise ownership revoked. If I wasavailable to give a 0 star I would one star is way too much don't waste your time please go somewhere else to eat do not come tothe Buffalo Wild Wings this is not a 1 time incident I'm trying to save you some time. We tried to go there on our lunch break which we have 1 hour. That was today, on a Sunday! We were told that there was a 30 to... 45 min wait because they don't have any servers! First off, it's a weekend! Your busiest days are going to be Fri, Satnight...Sun afternoon and late evening, other than your regulars and sport seasons for the sport watching enthusiast. I should have paid attention to the reviews. This place is trash. I've watched as several patrons were turned away wirh the... words, "Ten to fifteen minute wait", while there are hardly any one seated in this establishment. My online order is alreadyover 30 minutes late and counting. This is a management and owner cluster !$#! Definitely will not be frequenting this businessagain anytime soon. Read more
Came in tonight wanting a table, with the restaurant mostly empty we were told there was a wait. So, we went to the bar to get a... drink whole we waited for a table. The bartender was great. The manager came by who knows how long after and says we have atable for you but the bar will be much faster (seeing that we have a baby and another child) we stated the bartender was alreadytaking care of us so we guess it would be ok just to stay where we were. Like I said before the bartender was great. However,our food came out and our child's didn't. To top it off the food we got was cold. Did I mention there were maybe 5 tables in thewhole restaurant and 3 other people at the bar. My daughter got her food eventually and hers was warm. The bartender was on topof our order, our drinks, everything. The food though, never again. We definitely will not be back. Seeing as this is my secondexperience and the first was worse..... If I could give this restaurant a 0 star I would. I love BDubs, but this, is a joke. We are contractors from out of state and... have come here on (4) separate occasions in the past month. Every single time with a different waitress. And every single time,I thought it couldn?t get worse but somehow it does, exponentially. This will be my last night dining at this establishment as Isaw our waitress 2 times. Once for drinks. They came out in a timely manner. And once for food. Food came out in a timely manneras well. I ordered a drink, with 3 different waitresses and waited 20-30 minutes until my coworker got upset on my behalf andwent to the bar only to find all of the waitresses, including ours. The bartender asked whose table it was and our waitressscoffed and responded ?mine?? My coworker brought me the beer back from the bartender. The waitress was very prompt in bringingmy check and also collecting the money. For the first time all night. Poor service. Terrible actually. If I didn?t have morals Iwould?ve left a 0% tip. Bless these people?s hearts they are working hard. They are extra short of staff. I wanted to leave I just felt so bad for... staying but my husband really wanted to stay. I would like to explain my negative experiences with the waitress and what appeared to be a manager. One Saturday we went in... and there were only 2 tables with people at them in the whole restaurant. Both tables were large party's, maybe 6 people ineach group. They were spaced out on one side of the restaurant. The waitress sits us right beside a group of ladies that werehaving a large time and very loud. It was just my husband and I so we moved so we could actually enjoy out meal and hear thegame. We waited about 5 minutes to ask if it was ok to move but after no one came over, we moved ourselves. The waitress cameout finally and asked why we moved and my husband explained to her it was loud so we moved down a few tables. At this pointwere sitting in between the 2 groups with equal distances between us. She gets an attitude and walks off. About 5 minutesgoes by and and some guy walks over and ask was there an issue with the table the waitress sit us at. My husband againexplained to him it was loud so we moved. He then said so it wasn't due to race and you didn't say anything about race. Helooked at me and said no. Needless to say we just left. Didn't won't anyone spitting in our food. We just wanted to watchthe game and actually enjoy our meal. Had nothing to do with the color of skin the waitress sit us beside. If he would havelooked, both parties were different race from us.
