Hostess almost took us to a dirty table from the get go. Went to different tables looking for a clean one. Waitress took 10... minutes to get to our table, ordered everything all at one time, appetizer came back wrong. Took ages to find out waitress tocorrect the mistake, then waited Atleast another 5 minutes for new appetizer. Food was okay, didn?t think the chicken tenderswere done. Waitress stopped by once to check if everything was okay. The last time she stopped she brought 1 tea for 2 people.After asking for boxes, she walked by numerous times, took other peoples orders and checked tables before getting us our bill.The last time we visited was great but this place has gone down hill. The floors were covered in trash and crayons. The servicesucked considering we were checked on twice (wasn?t busy at all). If you?re thinking of eating at chillis, don?t go to thislocation. Read more
Was pretty empty for lunchtime. Food was hot and fresh. Was delicious. Waitress was apparently dealing with her own issues but... manager stepped up and took care of us. Beware though. The bathrooms were dirty. Poop on toilet seat and other toilet notflushed. No soap and no paper towels. Read more
Had date night here this time. Sat at the bar. Prompt service. Food was great as usual. Sweet tea was on point. The young lady... behind the bar was fantastic. Very nice and attention to detail. We will go back for sure. Read more
I paid extra for a side salad that they didn't put in the bag. My husband's entrée salad was completely missing the dressing... we requested. And we ordered a bowl of potato soup, but I am pretty sure we received a cup of soup instead. (See pictures forthe "bowl of soup", that was my mother-in-law's dinner...looks like a side portion instead.) Very displeased with our take-outexperience at this Chili's location. Read more
Had a wonderful time with my only sister. Both of our parents are in heaven so the holidays(mothers & fathers day) are some of... the hardest. Also as a Travel Business Owner ( Extremely Blessed Travel) I look forward to trying new places so that I canrecommend different restaurants to my clients!! This one is definitely a Win Win!!! We have been in this restaurant for 3 hours. Got here at 1:10pm and left at 4:10pm. The service was incredibly slow and the... server was completely unattentive. She spilled a drink all over a person at our table. Food was okay. The bathroom wasdisgusting and two stalls were not in use. I would NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends or family. The service was horrible. We never got refills on our drinks, they forgot about our appetizers and we waited over an hour on our... food. Finally when my boyfriend got his steak, it was raw. It was supposed to be medium rare, not still mooing. I told theserver I didn?t want to pay for our appetizer but since it was a part of the two people meal for $25, we had to pay for it. ButI didn?t want it and that didn?t matter so she boxed it to go ???? never will be back. Every chili?s I?ve ever been to, sucks.I?m not happy. Read more
