I went in to pick up my online order. Alot of teenagers hanging out in lobby with employees. I paid .30 cents extra for each... drink to be Lemonade, which I love. At first the girl gave me tea and when the mgr told her it was Lemonade not tea, instead ofdiscarding the tea , she dumped it back into the canister. When I got home I found (1) drink was watered down lemonade and (1)drink was just ice water. I did notice the normal manager I usually see was not there today. These poor people are so busy on Sundays. I know they are short staffed but they throw the food out with accuracy. The lady at... the register is always so friendly and gets through the line quickly, mind you, most of the Sunday crowd is hard of hearing butshe handles it with grace. My wife and I went through the drive through and she wanted a large chicken nugget combo, and the lady said we are out of that.... So we both ordered a two piece Brest dinner, with both pieces being ?Brest no wings? original with two sides each one being mashpotatoes no gravy on neither one and the other Mac-cheese, on both. At the speaker on drive through at 9 pm finally got ourorder taken at 9:15 finally got to the window to pay, I asked her how is KFC out of chicken nuggets, she said we are gettingready to close, so meant they wasn?t going to cook anymore Saturday night! We get home ready to eat our food and opened theboxes and one box had two breast one with no skin and bone dry meat, and only one Mac & cheese no mashed potatoes. The other boxhad a Breast and a WING and two Mac & cheese. For what it cost for our for we should have gotten food that was fit and good toeat. All the chicken was dry don?t know when it was cooked, but that was the worst food, now I see why there health grade waslike 94.7 sad to KFC going down hill like it is, they have shut one down in Monroe already because sales dropped, I guess theone at the mall is next! I would say best deal here for individual is one of the $5 fill up deals like chicken pot pie or 2 piece chicken dinner... including drink & upsize drink. Or get a large mac & cheese or potatoes & gravy or green beans to eat alone. The half gallon teais also a good option to take home. Read more
Used the drive thru and got my parents chicken pot pies. It's not much less to get the pies alone so just get the pot pie fill... up for the drink and cookie. My parents say the pies are excellent and have a lot of chicken inside. I have gluten sensitivityso none for me. Read more
How do u have the doors unlocked, but say the front line is closed, and will only wait on people at the drive up window? That is... fine, but the last time we came they were out of cups, lids, chicken tenders, fries, green beans and certain other things. Theemployees were cussing each other out and blaming the other person for being out of items. One worker in particular refused tohelp get orders out to speed things up and kept telling them no and that those tasks were not his job! Unbelievable!!!! Read more
Whatever you do, do not order from this KFC restaurant. They do not fill the orders correctly and you will surely play hell... trying to get a refund if you doordash or drive off. This branch is horrible and should definitely be shut down. Read more
