Worst place ever the people working drive through have an ugly attitude I placed an order to be picked up at 515 I got there at... 6 giving them enough time to get my order ready and I get there and they said it's not ready and to wait 5 minutes in drivethrough Lane. After waiting 10 minutes and the line getting bigger and they asked me to move and I didn't move and the lady onthe window slammed the window shut and was talking smack when they gave me the pizzas they were all cold and gave them in a badmanner with a bad attitude definitely not coming back to this location again specially with those 2 ladies giving us a reallybad attitude I hope this can be solved Read more
Avoid at all costs. The customer service I witnessed here is some of the worst I have ever seen at any business anywhere.... Approximately 5 different customers were waiting in the store to even be acknowledged for well over 10 minutes. The orderfinally put in the kiosk in my slot ended up not being my order so I had to wait longer for my actually order. Ugh customer service is such a shame these days! And before anyone wants to say this or that about being understaffed?I am very... tolerant to that these days, but what I do have an issue with is the rude attitude and lack of desire to even try to make thingsright. Pulled up in the drive through 9:15ish (45 minutes before close) to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread?things theyclaim to always have hot. Rudely we were told it would be at least at 25 minute wait. Ok, so do you have anything ready. ?Notthat you wouldn?t want to wait for?. They were SLAMMED so so busy. They handled everything with grace. One lady cursed them out and they handled it so well. The... pizza took a little bit longer than usual but I could tell they were doing their absolute best. How anyone could curse at youngpeople working so hard is beyond me. We went to the drive thru and ordered and was told to pull around front they would bring our order out to us. 15 minutes later... both employees who were working up front were or their phones and walking around playing, I walked in and asked for my pizza.There it was sitting on the counter just waiting. After I walked in they decided to carry out the other people's orders whoordered after us. They left before us... then we got home and the cheese pizza is burnt.
