Just wanted to brag on Cameron at this location for a moment! He literally saved the day! I placed an online order & chose my... home location & when I arrived to pick up my order we discovered I chose the wrong location. I used my rewards for my order &Cameron assured me that he had my back & made me a pizza bowl. Within 10 min I had my order & he was generous enough to allow meto still be able to use my rewards. If you like your pizza not cut all the way through and barely warm to where the cheese isn?t even melted anymore by time it?s... delivered (as it sat for 30 minutes after being baked, plus they sent it to DoorDash and they didn?t even have a heat bag) thisis the place for you. Just incase you were thinking about ordering a papadia, it's literally just a small pizza that they pick up two slices and put... it on the other two... I could have bought a pizza and folded a slice onto of the other and got the same result for cheaper.Well I feel stupid now lol. Read more
Had not ordered from them in several months due to quality issues. Last week I decided to try them again, because they used to... have really good pizza...I should have known better...it was the worst pizza I have ever had from papa John's. A frozen pizzafrom food lion would have been better. I am done with them. Read more
Ok Papa Johns explain how I get delivered pizza like this? Could it be the DoorDash driver handing me my pizza on its side after... being extremely rude....like come on now, I order pizza from you guys because I don't expect it to be like this...if I wanted apizza like this I would have ordered from the hut. I will add to the recent reviews, that lately it seems the quality has gone downhill.. They seem to have the same problem that... Pizza Hut has.. they just refuse to properly cover a pizza, last time we ordered extra cheese, and we were quite disappointed..Honestly it didn't have enough cheese for a regular pizza not to mention one that is supposed to have extra cheese. I always order using the app and pick up at their drive-thru window. They always have great promo codes and I get rewards with... every order. No matter the size of my order, it is always ready in the 15-25 minute timeframe. Order is always correct and thefood is always delicious. Very nice down-to-earth people! Read more
