This location is not accepting coupons. The cashier also said the one on Dickerson Blvd in Monroe, NC is no longer accepting... coupons either. These coupons came to my mailbox in Monroe, NC and the locations in Monroe aren't taking coupons. That's falseadvertising. Why are you sending us coupons if you don't accept them? I was very disappointed with my experience the staff were giggling and making remarks when I was ordering my food they were... making remarks regarding how much food I was ordering and how many toppings we were placing on our sandwiches also which is alsoone of the staff members began placing the chairs on top of the table when it was not even close to being closing time as ifthey did not want us to dine in the restaurant. You could tell the girl waiting on us was new as she was nervous, But truly done a Great job!
I ordered on my Subway app and when I went to pick up sandwich the order on receipt was not what I ordered. When I inquired... about the error, the 2 girls behind counter clearly told me they go by what receipt says and that they don't control rhe app.Wouldn't it have been better to offer to remake the sandwich than to get a bad google review.
