Dont order then through door dash unless you never want to get the right food! I mean how hard is it to READ the recipt and put... what's written on it in the bag??? The second time I ordered and didnt get what I paid for! And it's rightthere on the recipt!Learn to read people.. short staff or not ots like they just throw anything in the bag! Read more

In recent weeks this place has gone down hill. I can understand being short staffed, but, waiting 20mins for one meal at a fast... food restaurant is unacceptable. More importantly the food quality has dropped. Almost no meat in any of my items and mytaco looked as if it wad punched after assembly. This place has got to do better. Read more

Any order that has fiesta chip strips on it, forget about it. I have ordered a few items lately and have been extremely... disappointed. Today I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, no rice. Got home and realized I had paid for a burritowith extra tortilla, no fiesta chips, and no double steak, plus a little added chicken. Taco bell was once an inexpensive place to eat but anymore. You have to place order on a kiosk. I asked for a substitution and... was refused . No real interaction with staff. I don't know what I liked better the broken nachos in pieces, the rock hard cinnamon delights or the 30 minute wait time for a... $20 order! They barely gave me any cheese for my nachos either (they usually dont) I do not remember paying for a pinch of it.Bathroom was horrendous too I'll spare you the details but let's just say my appetite was in danger. After punching my order inthe kiosk I waited at the counter to be given my cups after about 10 minutes of watching the TEAM of staff tending to thedriveway taking care of people in their cars I walked behind the counter myself and got them, manager looked me dead in theeyes and she said "I could've got those for you" yeah no I really didn't get that impression dude. that's too long to be waitingfor cups the manager didn't even try to make eye contact for god sake. I don't like being ignored I get off work too tired tocook and their lack of care for the customer urks my soul. Read more

Ordered via mobile app and this location was out of most the items I ordered. I don't fault the location however, the app I had... to go through to customer support, send an email, show proof that I paid...rather than the items that were out of stock justbeing reimbursed to my account. I've worked in the food industry and understand how the restaurant can be out of stock incertain items... just don't have the customer going through hurdles to get their refund. Also the manager did offer me anotherfood choice instead of emailing customer support. On the other hand, the part of the order that I did receive was the Mexicanpizza. It was my first time trying this item on the menu and I'm not a fan. I didn't even eat the half of the pizza. It hadbarely any cheese and a ton of sauce. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell! I don't know if management is the problem or what. Today, they didn't have change to give me back.... I don't think this should be a customer's problem. Other times, they didn't have napkins and only select size cups. Othertimes, only had water to drink. I feel as a customer, the food should be cheaper if this is the service we get. Read more

Ordered the cheesy fries and got half an order of fries. I thought for sure that the fries had fallen out in the bag but nope.... Only a partial order. Read more
