The food and service are decent and consistent. The issue are the owners. My wife goes she has a different experience. I go I... spend $60 in this place, ask for two condiments, and they will try to charge me .50 for each. Fighting over something that costmaybe .10 per condiment on an order for over $60 is just dumb. If I could give less stars i would. I had teeth removed today so a smoothie would be great! When I recieve my order I ask for a... spoon, the girl who made my order never had gloves on picks up a spoon BAREHANDED by the part of the spoon you eat with andproceeds to sit it down on their pickup counter where everyone comes in and touches. Needless to say I went to Chipotle for aspoon. My question is have you forgotten about the pandemic and hygiene!? How does anyone have a servesafe? This is a really nice little place and you'd never know, but they sell food too. The food and things you can get here are an... awesome change of pace from the normal fast food. The atmosphere is upbeat, and decor was aesthetically pleasing. I'll goback. The Triple Berry Oat I had was pretty awesome and filling, the mocha madness is like liquified heaven and the peanutParadise was fantastic as well. Glad they're in Monroe for a good change of pace.
