I think they spritzed the pretzels with the wrong spray bottle, ours tasted like cleaning products (night of Jan 29, 2022).
I work in the mall so I come here for lunch regularly and every time I come in the employees are talking badly about the... customer that had just left before me. They?ll make fun of what they ordered or even what they?re wearing. I work in customerservice for years and I cannot imagine treating people like this. The employees were rude and the pretzel was not fresh. They totally ignored me when I was waiting to place my order. The person... that I was with had to ask 3 times if her speciality pretzel was even being cooked it turns out that it was not started untilshe asked the 3 Rd time. Read more
My son and I went to Auntie Anne's because we love the Dayton Mall location. When I walk up to the register the manager (female)... is staring at me. I say, "Hello!" and her response is, "What can I get cha?" So I order my food in OCP's ( Army camo uniform)She's training this girl and the rest of the staff look terrified and like they don't enjoy their jobs. She gives a total and Ipulled a military ID since she wasn't going to give me the discount as that they do for military members. She hands me my foodand doesn't even say anything. Again, I'm in an Army uniform, the most disrespect I have ever dealt with in military career.Shame on her, my 13 year old even mentioned her demeanor when we got back to the car. Beware of scammers!!! This auntie Anne's was offering a promotion that sold coupons for their pretzels at checkout, but then... when we came back to the exact same location to use the coupons they refused to accept them. Now I have to contact my creditcard company to try to get refunded but since it's been over 30 days I don't know if I'll be able to. At best this is badbusiness and we'll never go back at worst it seems like it should be illegal. However it was brought to my attention that itcould have been from rogue employees instead of the actual business, but that just means you still should be extra careful. Stayaway or be careful even if their pretzels are delicious. Read more
By far one of the worst places to eat! My family and I wanted some mini hotdogs! And when they served it to us! It wasn't... properly cooked! I thought the mini dogs had cheese in them! Please don't come here unless you want to eat uncooked food! Read more
