On the receipt shows that, they charge for the doe then charge for toppings. Foe example, one ex large big cheese is 30... something dollars. But on the receipt shows 16 something and 17 something. Making it look like you bought 2 pizzas. But one isfor the price of the doe. It was confusing at first, so I had to go up and talk to the manager. Cause we only got 2 ex large bigcheese pizza and came up over $70 with 3 pops. And looked like we paid for 4 pizzas but it was only 2. Read more
Great pizza and friendly service. I had the small deluxe pizza. The crust is extremely thin, but not tough. The topping were... perfectly cooked and the pizza melts in your mouth. Definitely will return! Read more
Dining room was disgusting and it was empty. There were at least 4 people working at the time so there's no reason why one of... them could not have been out there cleaning it. I've ran a Pizza joint before and this one is not being ran very well, at leastnot during the daytime. Read more
We usually order from a Middletown location but the past few times our order wasn't right. This Monroe location was spot-on! The... call center was friendly and helpful. I pre-ordered to pick up on my way from Detroit to Cincinnati. They opened at 10:30am andaccommodated an early pickup. Part of our order was without cheese and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff were personable andnice to talk to. The pizza was exactly as ordered and delicious! This will be our connect from now on. Read more
Ordered a hog wild pizza after traveling all day, I ordered ahead while on the road . After paying the employee dropped it on... the counter She stated I have to make another one and walked away. No information on time or so sorry. I had to call the ordernumber to get with them to find out when the pizza would be done,they stated this would be credited back to my CC. An hour laterpizza was picked undercooked! I put it back in my oven to get acceptable. No credit was received, when I called back they saidthey saw the issues in the system but couldn't do anything without the district managers authorization so they forwarded me tohis voicemail,I left message regarding the situation, and crickets! We absolutely loved Cassanos pizza. The last 2 times we have ordered it, it has been so greasy and burnt you can?t eat it. Our... order yesterday was $50 worth of grease with a $4.99 delivery fee. Plus a tip. We could have ate anywhere for that much. Read more
