I normally love Chipotle. Have had good experience at this one in the past or the rating would have been 1 star. Went to this... Chipotle today around 1:30pm. The tortilla warmer was awol. They had no fajita veggies, they didn't ask if we wanted beans. Thebrown rice was under cooked. No regular tea... just flavored stuff. The Sprite was empty.. no straws ( the girl did bring someout to us). Every table in the dining room was dirty. Overall this was a bad experience. Read more
First of all I?d like to say that this place blows, it is comedically horrible. When I came in I was instantly yelled at by sum... odd lookin fella saying we can?t pay with cash so I said ?aight dawg? and went on my way. After that, I started viewing thelushes options that this fine establishment has to off when a worker by the name of ?Zach Fye? was to cool to work and had aoffbrand AirPod in and was calling the nice female in front of us vaulger names.The chick that made my bowl put about a half ofspoon of rice and when I asked for more she snorted and was visually angry. Then after the female in front of us in line left.Mr Zach was trying to get us to agree that the female in front of us in line was a female dog. Amazing experience. Walked in to wafting aromas of Mexican seasonings. Staff was on point. Food was excellent and fresh, meat... was not dry but tender and juicy. Chips were perfect, crisp and salty. Great job everyone! Read more
I ca understand why the rating is so low at this location, They treat customers lousy here, Stopped here to have lunch with a... friend who was driving up from KY and I was informed that we were NOT ALLOWED to dine inside and they were literally makingpeople eat OUTSIDE when it?s 59 degrees! Since when is it okay to wear air pods and listen to music while you?re working.. no wonder you can?t hear us when we are... ordering. Then get an attitude because you don?t understand what the order is. We order via door dash and our food is alwaysskimpy and poor quality. We go in at 830. You close at 10. Meanwhile employees are rushing us out the door and already have theline set up to close so they can get out of there asap! Chairs were turned over to prevent us from sitting down to eat.. even ifwe did sit the tables are filthy. People obviously don?t want to work anymore.. service was poor .. and quality was awful.Management needs to fix this up! Read more
This is the burrito bowl that was delivered to me from Chipotle and Monroe via doordash. I drove there to get a new bowl and the... manager was extremely rude. His staff should do better. This is ridiculous to send out a product like that out to anybody.Granted I should have went and picked it up myself but I work night shift I'd been cleaning all day and was getting ready to laydown so I can get a nap in before work but instead I had to drive 15 minutes to go get food that I had ordered for delivery andpaid extra to have it delivered. Management was not even personable at all. Staff did not even greet me when I walked in thedoor I had three people walk by me he was putting dishes away and then noticed me. I gave him the ball back and he was veryrude. Pictured is what I got delivered versus what I picked up. I'm very disappointed I will not be going back to that placeever again. So, about a year ago I got very poor service from this location, so I gave chipotle a break. My stepson got cravings for it... today. So after 70.00 spent on burritos that's are the size of a taco Bell soft tacos, I'm thoroughly done with this joke of anestablishment. Read more
This is honestly the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen. There is food everywhere on the counters and floors. Instead of... sweeping up and cleaning tables during a lull, one employee came out and sat down in the dining room while another scrolledtheir phone at the register. The food itself did not have a convincing appearance of freshness and the tortilla for my burritotasted stale. I ate it, but I'm going to be crossing my fingers tonight and I definitely will never come back to this location. Read more
