Great service other than the gentleman running the front register. He was sitting in a chair (which i don't have a problem with)... but he was more interested in his phone than he was taking my order. I was in the middle of giving him my order when he got atext message and completely ignored me and stopped taking my order to send a reply message. I had to repeat everything to himand he was still trying to text and take my order. As soon as he was done with my order he sat back in his chair and made aphone call and had the next customer waiting to place their order while he talked on the phone. Very unprofessional. But asidefrom that the rest of the crew seemed great. The lady that gave me my order was very nice (she also seemed annoyed by the guy onthe phone) and I got my order quickly. Read more
This was the absolute worst McDonald?s experience that I?ve ever had. Not only was restaurant dirty but the service was... appalling. Items in our order were missed & one of the sandwiches did not have meat. Upon my reentry to the restaurant I was notgreeted with an apology or any kind of kindness. Miranda the manager if anything harassed me for being let back in; as after wehad placed our order IN the restaurant they were closing the lobby. I handed them the box with the meatless hamburger bun & theyplaced this box back in the work area. The cook proceeded to add meat and place the contaminated box with everyone else?s food.Needless to say we will not be dining at this McDonald?s ever again and hopefully this will help others to avoid an unfavorableand inconvenient experience. Our attempt to go in and place an order to-go cost us at least 30 minutes of our evening. As I wasexiting and Miranda was yelling at me I assured her that I would give her McDonald?s a review! Well usually one goes for fast food and is willing to accept less quality in the food, well I was surprised that service in the... drive thru was both slow, terribly slow, painfully slow, I aged just waiting, and the food was third world hospital quality. Thefries were cool and barely done (medium rare?) and the hamburger had little taste just texture with overtones of condiments.Next time I am hungry near this place, I will keep driving and just fast. This bad review is not for the employees that were there because those employees were working hard. But McDonald's should have... enough staff to operate properly or shut down or at least put up a sign that says "long wait". Fast food should not have an hourwait. My order was placed at 10:04 am. Order came out about 10:50am. There were a few things missing so had to go back. Thelast few things came out at 11:02am. I usually stay away from McDonald's unless traveling (like I was today). Next time I'lljust go to a diner so I don't have to wait as long. Read more
For some reason that is not posted, they have the Cafe doors locked and closed, so your only option is to wait through the... backlogged and dreadfully slow drive thru. By slow I mean, 3-4 cars MIGHT make it through in 10 minutes. Another consistentproblem I have repeatedly had with this location involves the usual morning window cashier, an older woman. Multiple times shehas tried to overcharge me, and when I politely point out that she has done so she gets very rude and short. I find it funny,but I wonder how many people have been over charged by her? They get a generous 3 stars because whoever makes their burritos isamazing and deserves a raise. Read more
I got a plain double cheese burger, it tasted just like every other McDonald's double cheeseburger. Nailed it ??! Customer... service was a little slow for walk-ins but I think the crew is only used to drive threw. Cool art theme for a McDonald's. Read more
Got breakfast for my family, the wait on line took a bit but not overall bad. My only complaint which is most McDonald's I come... across is that they seem to never check the syrup in the soda machines. The sodas were mostly carbonation and were nasty. Thiseasily ruins the whole McDonald's experience. Read more
