I was really really upset at the service I got from this place. When I placed order they told me it would be 20 to 25 min. 45... min after I gave them call to see where the driver was. Manager told me driver was out for my delivery 8 mints ago. 20 mintsafter I call them again to find out get same answer that driver is out. I was angry because she just wanted to say the samething an hang up the phone instead of calling the driver and finding out where he is since it been over an hour. When I askedher to call the driver she started talking rude to me and yelling at me. That was not the customer service I was expecting outof them. I am very very upset that I will never order from them again. I also told them I have senior at home who was diabeticwho is waiting to eat but she did not care. I am very very upset. Poor service. Pizza is usually ok if you ever get it. Never order delivery! Paid over 10$ to have a pizza delivered 1 mile away... and they can't figure out how to do that. Just go to domino's or the hangry hornet. Read more
For the last 2 years the app and website will not direct me to the ?deals?. I used to order the box of 2 pizzas and breadsticks... with wings at least once a week but since it won?t let me , I have chosen other places to order. Today I called and reached theorder line. The first person hung up on me. Second person was extremely rude but took the order . I have been a restaurantGeneral Manager for 13+ years. The pizza was delivered well in advance of the estimated delivery time; within about 25 minutes of ordering. The pizza and... cheesesticks tasted great and were still hot, the individual who delivered it was courteous, and they even included some paperplates, napkins, parmesan, red pepper, etc. Read more
We live less than 5 minutes from the store. We ate as soon as the pizza came into the house. Pizza was dry as there was little... sauce and less cheese and toppings even though I requested extra cheese. Bread sticks were dry and had to be cut into sectionswith my scissors as the cinnamon sticks were the same way. We owned a pizza place for ten years and the product reminded us ofold dough that had risen and then fell because it was too old. Family ate our old dough so we tried to make sure that neverhappened. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut in the past twenty years. Pros: The food came quickly and was... accurate. Cons: No drink fountain, meaning no refills; we weren't greeted by anyone; the pizza tasted more like a frozen RedBaron pizza than anything I've had from Pizza Hut; I had to argue with someone to get the ranch dipping sauce that I ordered formy wings without paying a second time; unfriendly staff. Nothing will bring me back to this location, and I recommend againstanyone eating here in-person again. Read more
