Missed the hash brown that was supposed to come with our #8 meal, no whipped cream on iced coffee that I specifically asked for,... given wrong donut. Every part of our order was wrong? lol. The caramel ice coffee and mocha lattes tasted exactly the same -like straight plain coffee. Neither had any syrup that we could taste in them at all. I ordered a chipotle chicken Wrap online got to the window to pickup my order which was paid for through the app. And the girl... at the window told me that they don't sale chicken she doesn't know why the app allowed me to order it and she couldn't give meanything in place of it or my money back. Ordered some breakfast online but missed it by 5 minutes (didn't know it ends at 2pm). Their app should let you know breakfast... ends at 2pm and stop you from ordering breakfast. Was told to order lunch instead once I got there. Ordered a tuna sandwichinstead and got a lettuce sandwich instead because there were maybe an ounce of tuna on it (see pictures). We live about 1mi away so this place should be convenient... Not sure why we even waste our time when Starbucks is literally 3... min further. Besides this locations donuts always taste like burnt oil... Even our 2 year old hates them, they can't even make adecent cup of coffee. Pay 2 dollars and get a dollars worth... Save yourself the time and effort and just go down the road toStarbucks to get a coffee.
