This was an online order for pickup. My husband and I got wings, 10 boneless, 15 bone in, buffalo, mild, 15 wings extra sauce.... We also ordered onion rings and Saratoga chips, celery, one order of ranch and one order of blue cheese. Our total was $45 andsome change and we placed the order at 9:30 ish. Online ordering is a great experience until you pick up the food. This isn'tthe first time we've had issues and I've not written reviews prior but something needs to be addressed with the kitchen staff onmaking hot fresh food all the way till closing time. The wings were so overcooked they were dry, the 15 bone in wings did nothave extra sauce on them and the celery was brown in multiple spots, unable to be eaten. The order of onion rings only had 5rings, they were no large ones either. For the amount of money paid for this food it was not worth it! I am extremelydisappointed in my experience. Read more
There was a sign that stated please wait to be seated. My daughter and I waited about 8 minutes before someone acknowledged... us.There was only 2 customers at the bar and a couple at another table. The bartender sat us and and at that time a lady outsidestated I saw them come in and she waited to finished her cigarette and her conversation I have to add because she was on herphone. I ordered a cheeseburger. It was dried out and had no flavor. For $11.49 you would thought it would have some taste. Mydaughter ordered 5 traditional wings with buffalo sauce. My daughter stated it was oily and was not spicy enough for her. Inoticed that it was very thin. For the price and service, we are not coming back. Read more

This would have been a 1 star review, but our server Jennifer saved the day. The wings took a little longer than expected to... show up. When I did get the wings they had a texture almost like they were candied. They were too dry, also there was not asingle flat wing (the good part). Jennifer made sure the bill was adjusted to our satisfaction without me even asking for it.I'll try this location again, next time I'm trying boneless though. Read more
