First time I have ever had a bad experience with a whopper Jr at a Burger King. Bun was old and super stale to the point of... crumbling. First two bites very dry and hard to swallow, and it was cold, patty was cold, cheese slice was still cold, so Itossed it. What a waste! Nothing was even edible. Not even the soda. The rootbeer was the color of a mud puddle, with 5% of its normal flavor. The fries... were hot but COMPLETELY RAW. The sandwich was cold and haphazardly thrown together. Had to throw the whole meal away and I don'tget a dinner tonight. Thanks. I should have just ate my $13 in cash, it would have tasted better. The people who work there are not very bright. The main thing wrong here is that they always claim that they are (short... staffed), therefore they won't open the restaurant but want you to drive through. If you are in a large vehicle...too bad. Read more
Staff interaction was nice, lobby clean and well lit. Food standard though fries only lukewarm. Floors are sticky, like all... fast food places and kids play area is not open. Read more
Long wait time for the drive-thru, just for them to get your order wrong. You then have to go back through the drive-thru to get... your correct order because the lobby is closed. This is not a one off incident for me, every time I have ordered at this burgerking my order has been wrong. Don't expect to have it "your way" at this burger king. Read more
Google Maps and the Burger King app both say dine-in/pickup are available, but when we arrived there was a sign pasted to the... entrance door saying Lobby Closed. Why can't restaurant managers update Google Maps? If it's a staffing issue, that's a wholebother problem, which probably deserves a 1-star if you can't go to the store and expect it to be open when you arrive... Read more
