Delicious lunch at The Buzz Inn today, Monroe location. Our waitress, Carrie was super friendly and answered all my questions.... We had the Swiss dip and steak and eggs with hash browns and rye toast. All cooked and prepared perfectly. We will be back soon???? Read more

Had the All Meat Omelet. Dry. But much flavor. Good size though if you bring your own spice. I must have liked like the... waitress' ex, she wasn't friendly at all but kept my coffee full and was attentive. Read more

Has a diner or neighborhood place atmosphere. The service lacked personality but was efficient. The food tasted good and... filling but lacked something...won't be a go-to place but will return in future to one of their locations. Read more

The location in Monroe WA used to be great for what it is. I get where Buzz sits on the hierarchy of steakhouse, but they have... gone WAY down. 1. Used to actually sit, look at a menu, then order....now it reminds me of fast food with silverware. Orderbefore sitting, rake a number, then wait at the table....similar to Carl's Jr. 2. When food arrived, much of it was wrong andto compound things she dropped a good amount while putting it down. 3. When she replaced the incorrect food she literally toldus she stole it off another plate in the window and told the kitchen to make new stuff for another customer. 4. Soup tastedtangy (in a bad way, like it was sitting in a vat for 4 days before being served) 5. While we were sitting at the table wenoticed that the booth we were in, the seats were ripped and "fixed" with duct tape and there was literally food stuck to thewall. 6. Wife ordered coffee, when they went to get a cup they looked at it, sniffed the inside, grabbed another (did notrepeat the sniff test on the second cup) 7. Straws were grab your own, no problem. But, they were seemingly from a. Ulk box, none had paper to wrap individual straws and were in a bucket all together. So, yeah....if I wanted a straw I got to grab onethat who knows how many people have handled. Like I said above, I do not put Buzz Inn to the same standard as otherSteakhouses, but there is a minimum for ANY food service establishment. When that minimum is met by a school cafeteria before afor profit restraint, then there is a problem. Read more

Very odd, you need to pay for your food before you sit lol Not enough servers, make your one cup of coffee last . Over easy eggs... were over cooked. The French toasts were good, I wouldn?t visit it again. Keep on driving! Read more

UPDATE. The new manager is AWFUL! She has added tables to the walkway so my buddy in a wheelchair cant get through. After... complaining she said wed just have to wait for a table on the outside edges. UNACCEPTABLE! Now to top it off she has banned alldogs. Even from outdoor seating! I happened not to have my dog today (at vet with an injury) but told her I have a service dog.She said he would only be allowed in after she sees paperwork. This is illegal and FAR from the friendly steakhouse they claimto be..... And to the Cassidy that keeps responding to these negative reviews with the same cookie cutter response... don't.Just fix your broken management. Read more

Chill neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great happy hour offerings and good place to watch a game. Waffle fries were perfectly... cooked and delicious with Ranch sauce. The Bacon wrapped steak bites or meatballs are worth the try, but they are deep fried. Can?t go wrong with their coconut shrimp. Read more
