Got two bacon cheese burgers to go and large fries . When I got home 15 min later, the fries were greasy and cool, the burgers... were also greasy and falling apart also the buns did not hold for more than one bite. The bag was soaked and left grease on thecounter,the staff was friendly.Iwas all alone no one else came in ,early aft.I WONT BE BACK HERE . Would not recommend thisplace in moroe. Read more
Staff has changed plenty but they always seem to be in a decent mood. Always happy to welcome customers and very fast and... efficient. Keep up the positive work environment and the success of this store will stay headed in the same direction. Read more
Love, Love, Love the burgers at Five Guys...oh yeah and the fries and milkshakes! The prices are a bit more than other fast... food places but it's worth every cent. Plus you get free roasted peanuts to munch on while you wait for your food to be cooked.Everything is made to order so you don't wind up with a burger that's been sitting under a heat lamp for an undetermined amountof time like you get at some other places. Considering they don't cook food until its ordered I don't think I've ever waitedon my food for more than 10 minutes. Five Guys gets a thumbs up from me!???? Read more
I've eaten here twice now. The food other than the milkshakes is great. The milkshakes however are terrible, I've gotten 2 just... to try and be fair. I had a vanilla mixed with bacon pieces and they gave me the rattiest burnt pieces of bacon they could find,as if they just scraped the stuff stuck to their flat top and blended it in. It was absolutely disgusting. The second try waschocolate malt. We were in line awhile so we expected a wait, that's reasonable, but they made the shake right when we orderedit, set it aside and then they worked on all of their orders until they caught up to ours. I'm sure you can guess how well aMilkshake probably looks after 20 minutes sitting in their hot kitchen. You're also not walking out of here under like 20 bucksa person. Read more
An excellent burger, built well, friendly staff, very clean. Empty restaurant in a busy area, but $40 for two meals, fries and... drinks, ... might be the reason. I'll stick with grilling at home. Read more
I get places MIGHT be understaffed but there were 4 employees working at 11:15am on Saturday and we were the only people in... line. Other people did come in after us. We had to ask male manager to turn the music down it was so loud. As he asked hisfemale manager (who couldn't hear him)to turn it down she snapped at him and told him no because she was grilling burgers. Weasked again when they gave us our order to turn it down. Employee #5 that just clocked on agreed and turned it down. Thecounter where they give us food was very dirty, smudged and greasy....11:15am on Saturday!! They were out of ice in bothfreestyle drink stations. No coke or diet coke in one of them. Hand sanitizer on the wall either was out or just didn'twork. My burger (#3 of 4) was lettuce wrapped and should've have grilled bell pepper, grilled jalapeno and hot sauce on it inaddition to other ingredients but none of those ingredients made it in to it. Regardless, my burger was still great! Regularfries and Cajun fries were great! But wow, so many things so early in Saturday! Read more
I love Five Guys and am always happy when my wife suggests it. She does like it, just not as much as I do. We ordered our... cheeseburgers, both the big two patty ones and one small fry to share. Then we had some of the free peanuts as we waited. Theburgers were great as always and there were plenty of fries for both of us. Read more
Solid burger, albeit somewhat expensive for what you're getting. It's a smash burger. If you want a sloppy messy tinfoil burger... experience (and who doesn't?), Get a cheeseburger and fries with everything and go to town. Your $20 bill will barely survive,but it's cheaper than gas for tastiness/mile, and you won't have to buy 15 of them to fill your tank. Read more
