Very good food and experience when I?ve come here. I noticed that the hours say they close at 9pm but the doors were locked at... 8. While I was waiting for my pizza next door I watched multiple people try to go inside while the employee ignores them. Notsure if the hours were changed, but at least put a note up in the door. We walked in and ordered subs. We waited for 25 minutes, our subs still hadn't been made. The weren't busy inside but there were... online orders being made. Based on my 25 minutes of observation, they prioritize online orders ahead of completing orders forcustomers that are standing in front of them waiting. Unacceptable. Shame on you. Read more
First and last time we visit this one! I purchased 3 "regular" sandwiches and received 1 "regular" and 2 "mini" for a regular... price. When I mentioned this to the girl working she proceeded to tell me that because 2 of them were hot sandwiches they aresmaller. I told her that I am not stupid and just because you heated the meat doesn't make the sandwich smaller. It was 6pm on avery hot day and they were out of bacon and they ran out to bread just after I arrived. Poor management and poor planning for aday when most people don't want to cook and are most likely going to eat cold sandwiches. I didn't appreciate the attitude andthinking I was stupid. If they didn't have enough product to make the sandwiches the way they are supposed to be made then tellme before I order. I would have gone somewhere else and been a lot happier. Read more
Great atmosphere and awesome food here. I love the consistency of jersey mikes and this location is no exception. I?d like to... give major props to the manager today. When I walked in she was handling a unhappy customer over who knows what. A grown manthrowing a tantrum about a sandwich he was trying to order? amazing to see. But what was truly amazing was the way she handledthe situation and kept the sandwiches flowing and the customers comfortable. She dissolved the situation very quickly. I will beback for sure mainly because of the happy caring employees and the great Sammaches ! Read more
They don?t know how to follow instructions I guess. I ordered food. They put the receipt on the bag and still gave me 2 regular... subs. When I called to let them know manager Ryan, didn?t even apologize. He says well you want to come pick up the other half.When I say I can?t, he then says well what you want me to do, contact the 3rd party. Superb customer service skills?. Read more
If you want dry bread and very little meat, this is for you! You get more bread than ingredients. I'll continue going to the... Redmond store. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes with an online order. Very disappointed since I got the same treatment twice.Grrrr! Read more
