Edit: Last time for me.. easy order, not correct, black thick hair in the fries, second bite of the burger long white hair. No... thanks. This has been one of the worst locations for accuracy, and simple care about the job it seems. GROSS.... .It'shit-or-miss whether or not the order is right.... Great customer service. This store moves some serious hamburger weight. While picking up a few Uber eats orders today, I watched... the large crew of what appeared to be 8 to 10 food prep employees bust out 7 orders in 5 min everybody in the line had their ownseparate tasks and they all completed their separate tasks and combined them to create each food item. Watching them work waslike watching a well-oiled machine. This manager clearly knows how to train and motivate his employees to bring out theirgreatest potential and be a productive crew. I wish the McDonald's stores in Everett were this well managed and not short onemployees causing the store to constantly close early due to lack of employees showing up for work. I usually do Uber eats inEverett so I deal with the Everett McDonald's on a daily basis and the Monroe McDonald's puts them to shame. Read more
The cheeseburger was missing the meat. Make sure all your items are actually in the bag. It's very sad when anticipating... biting into meat and cheese and the main ingredients is missing. All other items were complete. Read more
This specific McDonald's in Monroe, WA is simply the best McDonald's I've ever experienced. Sure it's all the same food and... process but this place has higher standards and quality. I go here for breakfast regularly and the biscuits are fresh anddelicious. If you want peak McDonald's from a team who cares this is the place for you. Read more

Terrible, we had a small order and one was 2 cheeseburgers and they decided to put no patties on either burgers when we didn't... request for them to do so. Everytime I go to this McDonalds, they miss something even with a short order. Do not recommend,would rate 0 if I could. Read more

This McDonald's is always fast, clean and great at remembering straws, sauces + napkins. The food is always put together neater... than other locations I've been too. If only every McDonald's was so outstanding. Their staff also wash their hands a lot and youcan see it from the drive through window because they have a little kitchen sink. Read more
