We came in with our two girls, and waited to speak with someone about being seated which took not too long, maybe 5 minutes..... but then they said it would be about a 5 minute wait— that turned into 10 mins. We were happy to be seated, and proceeded tosit and wait for no less than 15 minutes before anyone approached our table to bring our waters. I was just expecting a littlemore, I certainly wasn’t hoping to be waiting for so long. I don’t think we’ll be returning. We haven’t had many greatexperiences at this specific location. Read more

Ordered curbside, went to pick up the food at the time it’s suppose to be ready on my lunch from work, called waited for 20... minutes before they called and told me they were out of the salad mix. Waited another 5 minutes on hold to figure out what theywould do. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to substitute the meal just asked if I wanted my onion rings and drink still. Iunderstand it’s short staff and out of things, would of been better to know me ahead of time that they were out before goingon my lunch and wasting my whole lunch. Read more

Great staff. Have always loved Red Robin and this location goes above and beyond. Our server was kind, got us refills, checked... in on us, and went above and beyond to make our dinner amazing. Great atmosphere and staff members that really care about theircustomers. Food was also DELICIOUS! Read more

Long time waiting to be seated, even longer to get our drinks which by the way we’re all wrong. The fries were gross. And... after two different servers said they were getting us more sodas they never came. Tried to charge me for something I never got.The food once we got it all was good. However will not be going back and left no tip. The service sucked. If they areunderstaffed then maybe they should not have had so many people in there.. very disappointed!!!! Read more

Picked up to go tonight all my food was cold, only 10 minute drive and used hot bag and seat heat on as well as car... heater. Burger dry and hardly any toppings. Garlic fries greesy, limp, looked old, hardly any garlic and no salt at all a tinypinch of cheese in one spot. Got guacamole bacon burger. Go to Carls Jr! 100% better! Read more

I took my daughter for a birthday treat. Red Robin is usually good for a memorable birthday experience. I think they're working... on a severe short staff, though. We got seated relatively quickly, considering the last time we went nobody at all came out toseat us and we ended up leaving. There seems to be a lot less formality (if you can use that word when talking about Red Robin??). I can't really explain it. Perhaps it was the clothing or the rushed demeanor of the person seating us. He was super nice,just kind of out of breath after running from the back to help us. Our server was lovely, kind, attentive, and genial. Our foodwas delicious, well timed, and we were offered refills on French fries. I don't really remember being offered refills in thepast, only knowing that they were available. I'm not complaining about there being no birthday offerings like that much covetedfree birthday ice cream sundae, as I don't really like to do sugar during the week. I am a little disappointed there wasn't asong or at least a balloon offered. Still, we had a good time together, it was quiet (which is a pleasant change), and the foodwas delicious. Read more

Called the Red Robin #number for curbside pickup, we were transferred to an automated bot without the ability to customize the... order the way we prefer. Instead, when we pulled up to the restaurant, we saw you could call in directly and reached a livehuman named Lauren who cheerfully greeted us, took the order, and gladly customized the order (we like extra pickles and ranchfor the fries, don’t judge). Lauren went above and beyond to make sure the order was exactly what we requested, brought theorder out to our car, food was piping hot. We had questions about the Red Robin rewards card, and she kindly went inside tocheck our points on the computer and let us know what bonus rewards were available on the next visit. We are RR regulars, havehad many servers but I have to say Lauren just really seemed to care that we were happy with the order, friendly, courteous,very professional, and so kind. Thank you, Lauren!
