I gave this place a 3 for a couple of reasons the meat was that warm after toasting it the person seemed to be in a rush when i... was the only one ordering and the knife was used to close my sandwich. The only thing that really got to.me was closing mysandwich with the knife, i have worked for a couple of subways and know for a fact that is something that they try to enforcenot to do. Just because it sits in a bucket of ice that usually turns to water after 15 mins doesnt mean it's clean and ipromise having that water transfer to your sandwhich from.this bucket is not pleasing Read more
I always go to the subway in Walmart as its closest to my work.Service was amazing and so was the sub. The employee who was... working took great care in my order and asked if I needed more of anything. We had a casual conversation about are day and aftertelling her i had a bad one she seemed to actually care and wished my day better. I forgot to ask her name but if you ever readthis I'd like to say thank you and keep up the good work. You made my day a little better. Read more
Unquestionably the worst Subway in Monroe. They skimp on extra meat ("Deluxe" is supposed to be 50% extra, they give you 20%),... they charge you extra whenever possible (i.e. you order a gluten free footlong, and they charge for 2x 6 inch subs and 2 GF buns~$10, instead of just a footlong and two GF buns ~$7). They even skimp on tomatoes, compared to other Subways (2 per 6-inch,instead of 3). People have complained of fruit flies in the soda area. The manager has been called out on social media forillegally telling a mom+newborn they cannot breastfeed, and following it up with "if you can do that, I can whip out my &$@$-and pee everywhere". The staff is friendly, but the turnover seems high. Probably the manager again. Don't go here -- thereare plenty of good subways in town. Read more

Very very stingy with their toppings here. I ordered a veggie and asked for extra veggies. Apparently this guy didn't know what... extra meant. He put 4 tomatoes, and when I asked for more onions he put 4 more slivers on it. I asked for more and he put 4more. Then I clarified what I meant and asked for a handful and he refused. Not as good as they used to be, & much more spendy. We ordered a foot long veggie burger that was taken right out of the... freezer. They microwaved it quickly & when we went to eat it, it was still frozen in the center. This happened three times in arow. After third time I asked for a refund, which was given to us. Read more
