Just wanted a snack. Asked if i wanted hot sauce. They delivered! Lol. Great service and friendly staff
Been eating at Taco Time for at least 40 years. DONE WITH THEM. No more senior discount. We can live with that however, they did... away with the salsa/ketchup bar. Now they want 23 cents for extra hot sauce/salsa. The only change that was a plus is, you nowhave a choice of sides. Too many changes over two years. DONE! Another of our favorite places has gone down the drain. Oh, thelast time we were in our "mexi-fries" were lukewarm which they promptly corrected. We've been to many Taco Time NW in Washingtonstate but they've lost our business forever this time. 2 x a month customers for a minimum of 40 years! Read more
As a parent have you ever had one of those days where you just want to get some food real fast and not create it at home? But,... your child is screaming while ordering, waiting in line, while the person in front of you is ordering and waiting in line? Thishappened today to the poor mom and dad behind me in the drive thru. Their child was screaming the whole time, the parents satmotionless with defeated looks on their faces. My kids are teens and out of this stage, but I remember it vividly... so, Idecided right then I wanted them to have a better day and bought their order for them. I hope they are smiling now. It's thebest $33. and change I've spent to date. I hope you're all smiling now! I've always loved coming to this Taco Time. Food is usually great and the service fast. However, I just went through and the... woman who took my order sounded like she just got news her cat died. Easily the most tortured sounding person I've encountered.My "thank you" was greeted with a "yeah" as I pulled to the window. The gentleman who took my payment was nice. To top it offthe bad experience, the lettuce was wilted and the rice was undercooked. It was so hard it hurt my teeth. The meal was inedible.I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the quality control. Time to spend some more hours on Cactus Code myfriends, as the entire experience was very far below the high standard Taco Time is known for. Read more
