?I?ll be with you when I?m ready!? I have never been so rudely treated at a drive thru restaurant anywhere in the USA. The... owner should be ashamed of the staff working Friday?s lunch. The poor girl at the cashier window definitely didn?t take ourorder. I believe it was the nose ring wearer at the service window. She should be demoted to cleaning the dumpster out. Read more

Well asked specifically for no mustard and told them my husband is allergic-- they put mustard on them-- they did replace them... but shouldn't have happened-- they need to do their jobs right the first time!! Read more

burger was made very well. our fries and onion rings are cooked very well! couldn?t be happier with our order! and we door... dashed :) thank you for giving us a good dinner, very happy with the outcome! Read more

Drove thru today at straight up noon. Husband ordered me a chicken club (not knowing they don?t offer one AND NOT being told... they didn?t offer one. The chicken sandwich was cold, hard and inedible husband had jr whopper was stone cold. The fries werehot and had the perfect amount of salt. Called the store asked to speak to manager. After implying I was lying about thesandwiches he apologized. I will be following up with an email to the corporate office. This was probably one of the worst fastfood sandwiches I?ve ever eaten. I have never been so frustrated as when I go through this drive-thru. They literally take forever to take your order and then... when you get to the window to pay, it takes even longer. Their customer service level is horrible and most of the staff areplain rude. I can't imagine how slow they would be if they also had the dining room to deal with. I love Burger King, but thislocation needs some work. They are only operating the drive-thru so why can't they have the 1st window open to take payment andthe second one for receiving the order. Tables were all filthy had to wipe our own table down just to eat. They weren't that busy all employees just stood behind the... counter no one cleaning. Read more
