Drive thru line moves fast. Everyone is always helpful and polite. Place is clean. Food prepared well.
Got two quarter pounders. Both came out with mayonnaise on them. ???? absolutely disgusting. Manager for 10-5-22 @5:16pm handled... the situation to the best of his abilities with me already having gone home. Not sure what the cook was doing back there. Read more
The weekend night staff is a disaster? just went 10/01/22 6:00 pm?. What a horrible time? no one at the cashiers window? tried... to give my code after my order, and was told to give it at the 2nd window.. I pulled up and was scolded for not giving my codeduring the ordering of my food (which I tried)?. Then waited forever for my food to be given to me, which was cold. The managerwas sweeping, rather than handing out food , to assist the lack of personnel. Breakfast Mon-Thur it?s fantastic?I?d avoid thisplace like the plague on the weekends. Read more
Very slow drive thru times. Maybe I'm just used to how fast paced California McDonald's got their drive-thrus out.
The food was ready quick, the cashier was helpful with payment through the McDonald's app, and the lady making my iced coffee... beverage wanted to make sure everything was as ordered. Read more
Second time the inside has been remodeled since 1999-2000 when I used to work there. There's a lot less staff there now and only... 2 registers compared to when there used to be 4 or 5 in the past with a much bigger front counter and more open view into thekitchen in the past. There's a double sided kiosk to order at inside also though. There's a 2 into 1 drive through outside. Mostof the employees are very friendly, but one wasn't being rude, but just a young man who doesn't have much of a personality orwas just concentrating on getting the orders out. I'm leaning towards the former though. Interior is much darker now, but lit upwith LED lighting balancing out the atmosphere inside. I believe it is under new or newer ownership of the franchise from when Iworked there. The previous owners were pretty old even when I worked there over 20 years ago. Prices are pretty high as this isa tourist town for people from Chicago mainly. I don't think it's as good as it used to be overall. Read more
Peak of a busy lunch rush with a large birthday party in progress, so take any criticism with a grain of salt. Food quality was... on par if not above average for McDonalds. Orders were hot and customizations were accurate despite similar items with differentoptions. Only one person taking in-person orders, which caused a delay. I'm not a fan of kiosks, so I decided to wait. Itseemed like the person taking orders was becoming frustrated but remained polite and efficient. Bonus points for being busytaking orders, receiving verbal instructions from who I assume was a supervisor or manager, assisting drive thru orders, andstill finding time to assist people who have had their order taken. While occasional tables had crumbs and evidence of use, thedining area was free of trash. Not as clean as I would have preferred, but not uncommon for a place at the tail end of lunchrush. While our overall wait time was higher than one would expect from fast food, it could still be considered reasonable withthe volume of orders they were taking at a time. Read more
