There are three things you need to know about Pancho and Lefty's Outlaw Grill before you go. #1 Cash only (the staff even has... this printed on their shirts), they do have an ATM inside for convenience. #2 Space is limited, they do have outdoor seatingavailable but don't count on it, this is the Midwest and weather is subject to change. You may have to wait. #3 The food atPancho and Lefty's is amazing. The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food isout of this world. We opened with fried pickles, which were crisp without being over-breaded, served with Sriracha sauce and acucumber sauce. I had the Spicy Steak Burrito that had tender and juicy cuts of steak and just the right amount of heat. My wifehad the saucy delight that was their Pulled Pork Sandwich. From Verona but we went to Pancho and Lefty?s on a Friday night for the first time to meet friends for dinner. My god it was not... what I expected, the food surprised me beyond belief. We shared steak nachos and chips with guacamole. Both were amazing. Thenmain course. I went with the burger special. Smash burger with brisket, bacon?. Have been dreaming of that burger days later.
