Absolutely awful. 3 bad meals in a row. Ordered a double western got one patty no onion rings one western no sauce there was... sauce l. And chicken strips were over cooked and burnt tasting and for got sauces. They never seem to have a manager on duty fornights and the evening crew would rather mess around then do their jobs. I was at this establishment on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon..the place was not at all busy..yet it was very long wait on 3... sandwiches..the staff was not overly friendly and we got no apology for the extremely long wait...I'm not in town very longhowever when I am in the future I will get food elsewehere Read more
Not the best Hardee's location. The food was good and the staff were really nice. However, they were out of several things we... ordered and they were extremely slow getting our order out too us. Over 25 minutes. But, the staff was extremely nice andapologized. Read more
The night shift employee on 03/21/2022 at 8:30pm heavy set guy is making food without gloves or washing his hands all in front... of customers in the lobby, took forever to prepare an online order, unprofessional and unsanitary, other employees just standingaround instead of helping get stuff done faster, would give zero stars but it?s not an option ???? 2 Chicken clubs only had mayo, and lettuce on it. Called to complain they told me it came that way (missing cheese, bacon, and... tomato). They told me they could replace one of the 2 sandwiches. Also ordered a big hot ham, and cheese, it was made wrong aswell. Read more
The food was fresh and hot. We we're extremely impressed with the staff!!! Melissa was so kind and helpful when she saw me... trying to make decisions and asked how she could help. I explained that I have very strict dietary restrictions. She then toldme to pick whatever I wanted and they would make it to fit my needs. She then took the extra steps to make sure it was correctall the while treating us like it was her pleasure to help. You just don't receive service like that very often these days. I wouldn?t stop here unless it?s an emergency. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with a cluster of other people and all the... workers pretended they didn?t see anybody. Not a ?Hi?, not a ?we?ll be with you in a minute?, nothing. Avoiding eye contact atall costs. So then we left and got in the drive thru line where our order was taken quickly, and then we waited a further 10minutes with 2 other cars ahead of us while nothing happened. Eventually just drove off. I don?t know what they?re so busy doingin there but evidently it?s not making food. Read more
