Ingredient quality is better than Wawa, who recently started offering a three taco platter to compete in the space with them and... others (such as Moe's). Staff are calm and friendly. The establishment is clean and it seems like dine-in would be good, thoughI am unsure they are going to get the crowd in this area that wants to dine-in. They could probably make due with half if not athird of their current seating at this location and expand their storage/kitchen. If you like it hot they cater to it. I don't,but the options are there on the menu. They even offer a few non-atypical options like General Tso sauce (likely for thechicken). They have a sophisticated app and pickup ordering is pretty simple. The app initially had me confused. You have toselect "Show More" on certain sections to see all of the options, but the app was somewhat visually confusing and it seems lazythat they would truncate the menu which visually left out the common toppings of sour cream, cheese, and shredded lettuce.Nothing should be hidden like that. The food was great, but the customer service is atrocious. Even with a manager there, everything seemed to be clustered. It may... have been a hiccup for today, but you can tell the workers there had terrible training. They didn?t really understand theassembly line concept, no one truly knew how to work the POS(point of sale computer) or fully knew the menu.
