I Love hole in the Wall restaurants. The food was great, but what was exceptional was how fast I got my meal.????
I placed my takeout order early because I figured they would be packed on a Saturday morning. To my surprise, when I arrived,... there were only a few people in the restaurant. My order was ready to go and it was handed to me by a very nice lady. Mypancakes were very tasty, and I appreciated that I received plenty of butter, maple syrup, and utensils in my bag. This is definitely a mom and pop Restaurant! If your passing through I would recommend this place. However plan to spend an hour... or More. As monroeville is used to it's slow paces. So is the restaurant. Having visited on a Saturday this place gets packedaround 9:30 - 10am. Service seems to get slower. However when you get your food placed it does come out rather quickly. If youneed to leave you might need to flag down a waiter if your sitting in second part of restaurant. I recommend sitting in mainarea near front door. Food Quility is okay. You might need to add salt as depending on what you order pepper and salt may beneeded. Friendly atmosphere over all, the staff is very nice. If you need a bite to eat deffently come in and spend some time. Read more
Came here while visiting family and had a nice breakfast. It's a cozy little spot with nice people. Decor is homey and... welcoming. There's a nice selection of options on the menu. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Would definitely comeback. Read more
