This is my go to sandwich spot whenever I'm in Monroeville.
Only one server but she kept busy and got everyone served efficiently.
Food is normally pretty good. Wish they had soup all year long especially the baked potatoe soup it's really good and need... bigger bowls they are pretty little. Read more
This subway fell far below my expectations my girlfriend and I were extremely rushed so that one of the "artists" could leave.... Our tray was essentially thrown at us. The worker Natalie was extremely rude while we were checking out and her hands looked asif she had been playing with finger paints. To top it all of we enjoyed our sandwiches while listening to her conversation onthe phone. Another customer even came and she stopped the conversation and helped them then got right back on it. My favoritepart was after we ate I wanted a cookie and luckily got to wait for it while she was in the back on her phone. Read more

Staff was very rude and rolled her eyes at me. Didn't smile and I was going to ask if my order was a problem. I never write bad... reviews but Emily was rude and short. I ordered two salads and one sub. She didn't act like she wanted to be there let alonewaiting on people. She threw a knife into the sink from the other counter. Read more
Ok, it is a Subway. As a result, you shouldn't have real high expectations. That said, this particular location fall short of... even moderate expectations. They were, on this occasion, out of napkins. There was a large puddle of standing water on the floorand there was a refrigerator with soft drinks which was Extremely Loud. It was loud enough to drown out the music and the storeand make it difficult to hear someone talking just a few feet away. The food was completely acceptable and I was able to getexactly what I wanted. The people after me, however, had to settle for a different menu item than they were intending to getbecause the store had run out of a couple of component items. It's a good location in the sense that it's easy to drive into andout of the parking lot from the streets at the intersection where this is located. It's not awful, but it's not a first choice.
