Manager wouldn?t honor my coupon THAT I PHYSICALLY SHOWED HIK ON MY PHONE and didn?t have a real reason or explanation as to... why he couldn?t honor my coupon. Went here a few days before ( told the manager about that) and one of the girls that work therea few days before honored my other coupon and said they get those text coupons all the time. Manager was rude to me had a badattitude and refused to honor my coupon. Didn?t have a specific location on the coupon. The guy before him who works there toldme to click redeem. Once you click redeem it has a 5 minute timer on the coupon then the coupon expires and is no longer good.The guy before the manager also told me he himself would still honor my coupon. The other guy went and told the manager aboutthe coupon. I?m never coming back. They just lost my service. Read more

I love auntie Anne's pretzels but this location sucks. Ran out of cinnamon sugar pretzels and wouldn't make anymore and the mall... closed at 8:45 and it was 7 pm. What... Both locations were like this. Read more

Used to love this place. I would get a pretzel every time I came to the mall but the past few years every time I get one it... tastes old . Prices are way to high for old food. I can bake an entire batch of fresh pretzels for less than one of their staleones. Read more
