I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and professional. Kendra is the best. She'll get your order quickly and... professionally. She will always make sure you have condiments before you leave. She's such a doll too. I love seeing her smilewhen I come by. Jaquan must be newer to the location, because I've only seen him the last few visits. He is a delight andalways puts a smile on my face. My order was very simple I requested onion rings a bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate Oreo shake I get all the way home and I... have stupid french fries and there's no Oreo in my shake. I didn't want french fries I didn't come to Burger King for Frenchfries I didn't ask for zesty sauce to go with french fries & i didn't want a plain chocolate shake. so disappointed!! then Icalled to put in a complaint and they want to argue with me and tell me I should have checked the receipt. no you should havepaid attention and put in the bag what was requested it's not that hard you're not a rocket scientist and then you are rude andargue with me on the phone. Food was good, just wish my ham and cheese croissant was hot instead of barely warm.
Food was decent, service was so so. It seems fast food restaurants are hiring people with attitudes and no manners. Only one... lady had a good demeanor at this location. I don?t blame the employees I blame the training. Show them a video and have themshadow someone for 30 seconds and then put them on the line.
