I ordered a pizza and was told it would be an hour to an hour 15min. I called after it was 35 min late to check on it and all I... got was an "it's out of the building". 2 hours and 20 min later my food arrives cold, and my sogggy hoagie "fell out of thebag". I understand that times are hard, but be honest about your wait time, and not have a customers already super late food inthe back of a driver's car for an additional 50 minutes. Read more
