While I really like chik-fil-a, this was not a stellar drive through experience. I ordered a salad -- and got no dressing; I... ordered 2 additional meals -- and did not receive ketchup or chik fil a sauce. ???? It was like they forgot all of theaccompaniments for the meals. Sweet lord of mercy! I?m from Georgia and this location would be out of business there! 25 minutes to get through a drive... through, employees looking like they?d rather be anywhere else, and barely a ?my pleasure? to be heard. In Georgia, employeesstand outside in the GA summer with an iPad and still maintain a great attitude! Here, it?s tiny makeshift sheds whereemployees can still peer at their cell phones in between customers. 5 star reviewers don?t know what they?re missing! Read more
Feeling a little bittersweet about my visit. Visiting the area from outside Toronto for a baseball tournament. After a long day... on the field, with intense heat and rain delays, we raced to the restaurant to finally have dinner. Staff in the drive-thru wereexcellent. Since I was new to Chick - fil - A, my son encouraged me to get more than a salad and we headed to the hotel for ourfeast! Sadly though, when I went to dig in to my beautiful salad, there was no balsamic dressing! The restaurant was closed bythis time, so I couldn't even run back. Absolutely phenomenal, we came in at 8:45 on the dot they gladly took our order & even gave us extra fries for them being out of... Mac n cheese (which is my absolute favorite by the way) as I was walking to my car they came out with extra Mac n cheese! I wasthrilled. We literally love you guys!!!! Best chic fil la around. 1st time in a long time that I've been at a Chick-fil-A. Probably since a kid. But the worker that took my order was... exceptionally kind and nice being I havent been there in that length of time. Despite the long lines I see at Chick-Fil-A i wasout of line with my food in about 5 minutes. Loved it. Read more
