We went because my kids' school was having a fundraiser. The girl behind the counter last night (12/2) was very nice, helpful... and most of all, extremely patient. The place was clean and everyone we encountered from the counter worker, to the door worker,to Chuck-e himself were great. A couple of games were out of order, but thats to expected in my opinion. I will say, for fourkids and one card for my partner and I to share, it was VERY expensive (well over $200) but this of course, is NOT a staff orlocation issue, it's a company issue. I definitely feel like the food shouldn't be as expensive as it is, and it's not quite asgood as what I remember. 2 pizzas, 6 small drinks and a cookie is nearly $60 and that's with no game time. That is strictly food- a hit I wasn't totally expecting to take. Read more

So, despite being of the generation of peak Chuck E. Cheese, I had never been to a location...in my life. We had a DZ in my... town. Wow! Kudos to in this climate... -Having really, really great, helpful, smiling staff members -Having a great health andsafety plan, including lots of sanitizer, a stocked restroom, and a protocol for keeping kids in the building 'til the wholegroup is ready to leave -Really making the birthday child feel special. Not my kid, we were guests, but they really want theextra mile to make sure she was happy. She came out of the ticket grab crying and staff turned things right around, reassuringher and giving her a few bonus tickets -It was not crowded and all guests were well-behaved. I pictured kids running amuck andknocking into stuff- none of that but just bc of the sense of "calm excitement" (meaning It's not that it was calm because therewere a ton of rules posted everywhere, it was just calm because everyone was occupied having a nice time) Would 100% return fora birthday or just a rainy day with the fam. I didn't try it but it also looked like they had a very nice, fresh salad bar. Ican't say enoughnice things, especially about the staff! Thank you. Read more

My daughter and I can here for a quick play for her birthday (she turned 3). We arrived around 7 ish on a Tuesday night. The... place was not crowded at all which was a plus. She was able to play all of the games she wanted multiple times, I ordered theboneless buffalo wings which was good and some french fries which were okay. It was great for a quick in and out ( an hour),I'm sure we'll be back. I really enjoy the reusable cards where you can add time and pause the card if needed ???? Read more

Good ole' fashion fun at Chuck E. Cheese. We had our daughters 6th birthday party here and they pulled out all of the stops, but... make sure your wallet has some weight to it before heading here. We went with the best child package for all you can play @ $32a child. Read more

The kids enjoyed it but it was not quite like any of us expected. I got the feeling that most of the games were just... hand-me-downs from Dave and Busters. Most of the games don't do much to tell you if you even won any tickets so it wasn't tooexciting for the kids. Either the games should be more fun, or winning prizes should me fun. These weird games of push a buttonand get imaginary points weren't very attractive to the kids. Read more

Nice staff. New updated playing cards (no more paper tickets). Nice variety of games. Dance floor. Always have coupons online... that?s always better deals than the deals in store. New check in policy (no more hand stamping-you must take a photo on yourphone of your party that?s entering). Hand sanitizer stations. Read more

Took the kids her for a little family get together and everyone had a really good time. A lot of games to choose from, and the... games are split up with little kids games on one side and bigger kids games on the other side. The cost of the games was reallyreasonable, better than some other places I've been to. For example we used a an online coupon to get a game card with 100points for only $20, and most of the games we played we're only 1 point to play, some were 2 though. But to be able to playabout 100 games for $20 is pretty good. They also allowed us to split the 100 points onto four different cards so that each kidcould have a card. We also ordered some pizza and it was actually better than I expected it to be. One of the pizzas we gotwas the stuffed crust and it wasn't too bad, but it was a little too much cheese. The prizes didn't seem that great though. Wewere able to get like over 2,000 tickets but I felt like there wasn't a lot to choose from in the lower point/ticket range thatwas worth getting. Overall we had a good time though and we'd definitely go back again sometime. Read more
