I ordered a pan pizza with half pepperoni, half bacon with cheezy bread. When I bit into the pizza there was no sauce on the... pizza. I called to let them know and the manager kept saying they don't put a lot on the pizza. I asked for the pizza to beremade and I took it back so she could see there was no sauce on it, but instead of just saying sorry she tried to show methere was a drop on a corner of a piece, but I had to let her know that she should never ever serve this to anyone, and that Iwould never be back Read more
So, confirmed order was to be delivered in 26-41 minutes. At about 45 minutes, the tracker says the pizza had been delivered.... Not the case, but I had just received a text that said the driver had just left the store (also not the case) so I decided towait a few minutes before calling the store. I waited too long - I tried to call 3 times with no answer and as it was late, Iassumed the store was closed , but about 10 minutes later (so this is 20 minutes past the time that delivery had been"completed") they called me! OK, better late than never. They wanted to know the address for delivery. Mind you, the order wasplaced through the app and so it was all printed out right there in front of them. SO I tell the guy the address and he sayshe'll be there in 6 minutes (remember the 20 minutes from before? What is wrong with this picture?). When he gets here, a hotel,he calls me and says he is in the lobby. I go to the lobby and no one is there (including hotel personnel). SO I have to golooking for him. Horrible experience. And oh, the pizza wasn't very good - I ordered extra cheese and all toppings fell at least1 inch shy of the edge of the pizza which in effect makes a 14" pie a 12"pie. We orded a pizza with extra cheese and we got a pizza with only crust and sauce. Had to drive the pizza back and they refused to... refund us even though they said the mistake on was on their end. Horrible customer service. The manager was also wearing hismask as a chin diaper, very unprofessional. Read more
I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. THE WORST experience i have ever had with a so called pizza shop. NO SAUCE NO... CHEESE and then started hanging up the phone on us when we tried to call. I will never go back. Read more
