I ordered a burger and Cobb salad and when my burger came the skin was still on the avocado on the burger. Had the burger remade... and ate it and still hadn?t received my salad. By the time it takes to make 2 burgers. I decided to ask about my salad and theyhad forgot about it. I am very disappointed because when I spoke to the employees they made it seem like I was in the wrong. Heasked me if I would like my money back or for the salad to be made. I have a lot of mixed feelings about Hello Bistro in general. To start I liked it more a couple of years ago, typically I would... order some kind of burger and potato soup. That being said potato soup is no longer an option. Also the quality of the food isvery inconsistent. Sometimes your burger will be perfect, other times burned to a crisp. Fries also vary on doneness and attimes have enough salt to preserve your insides forever. (which is too much) Salads are ok with most ingredients being veryfresh, but most sauces have a tendency to appear bland. Recently protein bowls have appeared on the scene, and pack the sameunderwhelming nature. They tout ancient grains as the base and are mixed with Kale, a surefire way to ensure lack of flavor andeven with meats are served cold. Protein such as avocado and shrimp will cost you extra. Overall if you're nuts about saladthis is probably a spot for you, otherwise an alternate option such as Chick-fil-A or Wendy's will probably suit better. Read more

I came here on a Thursday afternoon with a friend. It was my first time and I really liked it! I got the Turkey burger with... fries. It tasted healthy and was definitely filling. The fries were also delicious. I love that they have homemade ranchavailable at a pump just like their ketchup. Looking around, I saw other patrons with salads that looked huge. I'll absolutelybe back for one of my own. Super casual feel, good for a sit down lunch or to grab and go. The bathroom was clean and the staffwas super kind and personable. The salad ???? is AMAZING ???? However, I'm sorry but the service was very lacking. When I walked in I was the only customer and... there were three employees just standing behind the counter not doing anything but literally looking at the floor, and not oneof them acknowledged me. I could go on about the service but I'll just say that I would have given them a 5 bc the salad wasamazing; however, I had to take two stars off for the service bc they weren't busy or understaffed.
