They got my order correct. Which should be something that you highlight in a review. But it's McDonald's and they're well known... for screwing up orders. That being said I went to this one because the inside has been open for a while. I always use the app. Iordered using the app and when I got there we could go inside to get our orders. If the inside isn't open. Remove the thatoption from the app. They definitely lost money. Both my kids normally eat the happy meal and then they get another burger andmaybe some fries. Plus we didn't get any ice cream. I have to drive past another McDonald's to get to this one. They're notowned by the same people. So I won't be trusting that this one is open anymore. The service level has gone up in the last year. So congratulations on that. The temperature on the food much better. Fries... are hot not cooked in old grease. Staff is much better as far as considerate with even just the basics of customer service fora fast food place. However, today, I gave the person my card and there was no thank you, no have a nice day, no smile. I don'tnecessarily care about someone being chipper and have a cheesy smile, especially if it isn't natural. But, if your staff won'tdo the very basic when interacting with customers (thank you or even have a nice day), get them off the window. Read more

They gave me a single paid for a double, it was raw. Food was thrown in bag carelessly with fries everywhere. June 2nd 2022 at... 9pm so whoever worked that shift doesn?t deserve more than minimum wage or is incompetent. Also, phone is off the hook it seems. Read more
