Everytime I attempt to go to this location I wait at least 20 min. I will never go back. Starbucks coffee is not worth a half... hour wait. Go down the road a bit and go to the new location they opened across from Kings, zero wait time. Read more
Go to this store usually before work in the morning and it is alway slow and the workers have no idea what they?re doing. For... context, I always give myself 30-35 minutes BEFORE I need to be at work to get in the drive thru so I have enough time. I workright across the street. The workers have no communication about the thru, they always walk away and someone else comes over anddoesn?t know what?s going on. They always are like you total is?and I?m like I already paid and have half my order i just needthe rest of it. Then they look at my like I?ve grown a second head. I don?t know who the morning manger is but they need to getthey?re staff in order. I get things happen but this is EVERY morning. If I go somewhere 30 minutes after you open, thereshouldn?t be this many problems. Especially when there is 3-4 people working and I?m the only one in the drive thru. Read more

Love going here, but it usually packed. I had good timing today (mid morning) as there was no line inside or at the drive thru.
Good Service. They have strange arrangement for approaching the drive-through. There's arrow on the parking lot that shows that... you're supposed to stay to the right as you approach the drive-through. But people instead lined up next to the building over aarrow pointing in the opposite direction. When I didn't do that a young man in a flashy blue Honda budged in front of me. Theyneed to do some work in making it clearer how to use the drive-through. Read more
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations because of the following reasons: the employees are very friendly, i like the... seats along the wall, outlets to plug in are typically available, it's clean, and I get a lot of good work done here on mytablet and phone. The only cons I can think of is that the parking lot gets somewhat crowded and isn't very big to get in andout easily. Also, it does get super busy at times, but at times you would expect (e.g. friday night). The pics I am posting areof a Nitro Cold Brew with an Almond Milk and Honey cold foam. Very interesting blend! This is a very strong cold brew and Icould have used a little more milk beyond the foam but it was very delicious and a fun treat. The honey was a interesting touch.I would recommend asking for the lid on the side to enjoy the foam and sugar sprinkle a bit more. Read more
Dirty, slow, no toilet paper, this photograph is a counter full of abandoned, melted mobile orders, 5 people in addition to me... are just lolling around waiting for preordered drinks for 20 minutes. There are FOUR to SIX people working. 20 minutespost-pickup time, I asked for an eta on my drink. the barista looked over at the sticker machine, read my not-started order &said oh. Ordered an iced drink with almond milk, caramel drizzle, and no toppings, and were given a drink with whipped cream on it. Let... the barista know that we need the drink without whipped cream (due to lactose intolerance) and they just scraped the whippedcream off and dumped the drink into another cup. They spilled some of the drink, and didn't wipe the sides of the cup where itwas wet, and didn't put the caramel drizzle on it. So we paid for extras that we didn't get and were given a dirty cup with aallergen contaminated drink in it. The second drink on the order was fine. Read more
