I went in to order 4 foot long sandwiches on Italian herb and cheese bread and a couple drinks. I was willing to get Italian... bread had my first choice not been available. I stood in line for about 40 minutes just to be told, when I finally got up to thecounter, that they only had flat-bread left and if I wanted to wait for a half hour longer they would have wheat bread and thatthe wheat was all they had in the proofer. (I did not wait for 40 minutes just to pay for something that is not what I wanted)They obviously knew they were running low on bread and could have made an announcement to the line at any time saying what theywere out of or what they would run out of soon so we didn?t all waist our time? but did they? No. People were paying for andleaving with sandwiches that were not what they had come in for simply because they didnt want to have spent all that time inline just to leave empty handed. In fact when I left there was still a long line behind me and they still were not announcingthe lack of bread. They waited for each person to give them their order so they could say ?were sorry, we?re out of that?. Read more
