Somehow 2 beefy 5 layer burritos replaced with steak is too hard to make. One even had chicken. Then- they didn?t fix the order... correctly either. I have never left a review before but this is literally absurd. Don?t order here unless you want your ordercompletely ignored. Read more

This is officially the worst Taco Bell I have been to. We waited in a very slow drive-thru line. We finally ordered a few... things, including a Combo #1 - Sierra Mist was out, so we asked what other caffeine-free drinks they had, and the guy seemedclueless and responded with Diet Pepsi and tea as options, both of which contain caffeine... it just made no sense and he wasclearly so dumb. We then said we'd just have water. This was still rung up as a Combo and we were charged for a drink, althoughwater is free (which btw the Combo #1 is a whopping $9 here... Remember the good old days of 89 cent taco supremes???) So weget up to the window and ask if instead of being rung up as a Combo, we could just get it rung up as 3 taco supremes and a waterwhich would bring the price down. Usually at other fast food places, this is common sense stuff that the employees will changefor you without you having to ask. Three employees were standing around and clearly had only half a brain shared between all ofthem. We tried explaining that we shouldn't be charged for the drink since we only ordered water. They responded with "uhs" and"ums" and a bunch of other incoherent responses. Somehow in this process we were given four tacos instead of 3, which wouldseem like a good thing, but they were only halfway filled, and one had two shells, pintos and cheese had pieces of lettuce,onion and other toppings mixed in, the potato taco tasted like cigarettes, we weren't given a receipt, and given some changethat would've made the meal more expensive than what was originally rang up as the damn Combo. Then they turned away from uswithout handing us the waters and kept chitchatting, so we just left this shitshow with no drinks. They all seemed SO STUPID andunable and we felt like we were getting dumber trying to interact with them. Taco Bell is like comfort food to me. There's something about the flavor and the texture that even if you know it might not sit... well you want it. Thank goodness this one was open late on a a Sunday. Read more

Love Taco Bell but this location continuously only fills my (crunchy) tacos half way, every other location I go to fills them... boys all the way. I need to order double here than other locations! I really didn't want to post a negative review about this location because in the past I have received good service here. Upon... my last visit, I ordered (mobile order) a box of food (12 pack) and some other items. When I got to the window the worker wasvery nice and handed me a large box and said "it's all in there". In a hurry to get home as the whole family was waiting to getfed, I made my 1st mistake by not checking the order before leaving the restaurant. They gave me the wrong order, not enoughfood for the whole family, so now only the kids get to eat, 15 minute drive back to the restaurant so didn't bother. Iunderstand mistakes get made but here is where I made my 2nd mistake, I registered a complaint (online) and requested "a followup", I guess I should have just called. Whomever is in charge of the complaint followups must be the same person failing totrain the staff to give guests the correct and complete order. Service issues always start with poor management. Listen, we?re not here to talk about the quality of fast food. We all know what we?re getting into with a taco that takes 5... minutes to make, it?s all about the service. Still probably the best value for your dollar when you're hungry. That's the only reason to give an above average review. It's... also the place I have the most order screw ups, but they typically make well on those when they happen. Just be sure to doublecheck your bag before you get home. Read more
