Holy cow what a circus this store is to be Google appropriate. I called to place an order. I live 7 minutes from the store. ... The lady who answers states they deliver to me. I asked her twice. She said yes they deliver to me. They call me back 5minutes later and left a voice message and tell me that they do not deliver to me and that I can I either come pick it up or orget store credit. They had already charged my card. Since they left me a voice message I did not receive the phone callinitially. I called back MULTIPLE times to either get my food or my money back. They kept ignoring my calls. When I finallydid get the assistant manager on the phone he stated that my calls were ?harassment.? Hopefully I get my money back. I donot recommend this store. Read more
Awful customer service. We ordered a few pepperoni pizzas on a non busy week day. The pizzas never came, and we live less than... 10 minutes drive from the store. About 2 hours later when their store closes, we found out our credit card purchase wasrefunded. They canceled our order without telling us. Very rude, we had to get dinner another way in the middle of the night.Don't order from this place for important events or any occasions at all. It is understandable to be understaff or too busy, butat least have proper business etiquette to reply back and be honest, and not cancel orders with no notices. Read more
The food is good. The issue is getting it ordered. When you call you get put on hold and left on hold for a very long time.... Eventually, it is better to hang up and call another pizza place. I don't know how customers are able to order food here. Iguess you physically have to go to the store and order food to get it. Read more
I order from here regularly? after tonight I will not. Ordered around 8:20 order went through its 11PM no pizza. No call. No... email? except to confirm it?s being prepared. Their phones seem to be shut off so I guess they just decided to take my money.SMH. If they weren?t able to make it for whatever reason the minimum they could do is call and let me know. Been ordering pizza here for years. The food is always good and the delivery time is pretty fast. Sometimes they get busy (like... anywhere else) and the wait time is a bit longer. It?s always worth the wait if the food is good, and the food from here isalways good Read more
Average at best. Their skimpy on the sauce and it the sauce is bland. I ordered a thin crust excited to pull the slice, fold the... slice and bite in. Instead of a pizza crust it was like eating a giant cracker. Hard and crunchy just like a cracker. None ofthat delicious chewy breadie taste at the end when you eat the crust. It made the pizza dry. It was ridiculouslydisappointing. I have to say the 3.7 rating is very generous. Read more
We came in a half an hour before they were closing, we are not from the area, but we were warmly greeted by Chris and Becky?s... hospitality. I? am vegan and Chris knew exactly what that meant and immediately reassured me that there were no eggs in theirpizza dough. Chris was kind enough to get us cups of water while we waited. Truly a great experience because of these two, notto mention the bread sticks (without Parmesan cheese so they?re vegan) were to die for!! Great food and great people!
