The guy who works at night with the dreadlocks is the rudest person I've ever seen. He rolls his eyes at all the customers and... acts like every single transaction is a problem for him and like he has better things to do with his time other than his job..Heshould not work with the public with that attitude! I know I will avoid going to that 7eleven as long as he works there and Iknow other people that say they won't go there anymore because of how he treats the customers. The employee named Tarkraj was very impolite. I needed change for a $100 bill so I decided to make a purchase just just to... break it down into smaller bills. I understand that sometimes places do not always have enough change however, Tarkrajimmediately became aggravated and told me he was refusing my business. While he is telling me this, his coworker is doing hisbest to be polite and to help me out. Clearly demonstrating that there were two different ways to handle that situation. Tarkraj unfortunately chose to be unfriendly and rude. I will also be filing a complaint with their corporate office. Read more

Yesterday morning I stopped here and when I pulled into the parking lot the only two "handicapped" parking spaces both were... taken by a coffee delivery truck. I parked in another place and when I entered the store there was the delivery man standing atthe counter visiting with the clerk. I told the driver that it made it very difficult for handicapped people when our spaces areblocked. He laughed at me!! Then the clerk laughed at me with him. I was humiliated to think how unimportant I was to them. Ithink I'll take my business to somewhere where I am valued as a paying customer. Read more

I have a legal consular id, the night shift employee said u don't have a California id or drivers license because ima stop... selling beer to people with this id' I said oh really and he said yea its too hard to read wow it has details English andSpanish!!! I completely agree with the person that commented about the black guy with the dreds. Refused to give me his name. He said we... cant have a dog in the store and i told him it was a service animal and I can present the card if he likes. He proceeded to Bashme and my partner for his disability. Made very disrespectful and derogatory comments. He Said "I can see why you need a serviceanimal, now get out of my store." I will not be spending money here on his shift any longer. With multiple negative commentsregarding this employee they should consider letting him go. He should be somewhere his ghetto demeanor is more suitable. Read more
