I had the worst experience of my life here. The waiter was so rude to my group. I have no idea what we did to deserve this... behavior. It was clear she was ready to leave and our enjoyment was not her concern. I am very dissatisfied with my experience!To top it all off she gave herself a tip without my permission. I tried the brisket burger and added chili. That was MORE than a meal. I couldn't even finish the fries--or the top bun. But it... was a delicious brioche bun. So far, I've enjoyed each burger I've tried. Read more
Only 2 stars at this juncture. Food ordered as specified However the food delivered was wrong for 2 of 3 of us. My friends... ended up eating only fries not the order requested. I ended up eating alone in front of my friends. Service was just ok butgetting the order wrong ruined the hoped for good experience. Perhaps this was a one time thing but who knows. This was a bad experience all around. Upon walking in we were not greeted. As a matter of fact, we were ignored by the... greeter/seater. It wasn't until a waiter came out front to let us know that out greeter would be out to seat us. Little did weknow our greeter was a young lady which had passed us many times without a word. She finally acknowledged our existence and satus. We were seated for fifteen minutes, we didn't see our waiter or any waiters at all servicing any of the other tables. Nowater, no drinks, no food... First off Monrovia love your town. Second the hostess at the chili's bar and grill has a bad attitude .( Don't think she likes... her job ) Waiting for over 30 min. For our table . The first table they sit us down at was so dirty and sticky i could not pickthe menu off the table ????????. So i informed ( miss attitude) in the front we wanted a new table. Guess what she gave meattitude again. So now we at our new table we order. ( Our Waiter) My guy was the best very friendly. 30 min wait to get seated. You have to create a membership account in order to get the basket of chips they used to offer when... you were seated. The steak and order of shrimp came in under $25 and tasted great! Not the best steak but hey it?s chili?s andit?s a good price for a solid meal. Although the machine at the table states it accepts apple (it does not) I tried (322million times) our server said they rarely work. But you can review and pay your order from the table which is kinda cool andfuturistic. If we?re ever out here again we?ll consider this spot. Read more
The food was delicious and service was good. The loaded baked potato soup is amazing. The chicken sandwich with the buffalo... sauce highly recommend. We got the fries they weren?t very fresh so our waitress was nice enough to have them remake them. Thenew ones were very tasty. The tea was very fresh and didn?t taste like old teabags which we really appreciated. 10 out of 10were totally recommend going for lunch for lunch specials were delicious and very economical.
