Not very friendly staff. The soda machine might not work perfectly and when you complain about it, they blame it on you. The... manager asked for drinks back for refund and we gave it to her. Then she said she will not give a refund as the drinks werepurchased an hour ago! Edit: This proves my point that they dont care. They want to seem as they care but they dont . Well let me say the service is horrible and the manager on duty on 07/312022 at 16:18 is the world's worse manager mom gets... breakfast platter with mini pancakes that can serve as coasters wouldn't give refund nor exchange until well you know but she asatisfied customer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We're on vacation from out of state and decided to try this place after hearing much about it.... What a mistake! The orders were wrong. Instead of a single burger we got an entire meal, the sriracha burger had no sriracha,all the fries were cold, soggy, old, insipid and not safe to eat. We received the wrong drinks, the popcorn chicken was nonexistent and overly fried,making it more like popcorn rocks. McDonalds would've been a better choice. I ended up eating the"beef" patties and had a bad reaction to it. No indication of there was soy in the patty but after the allergic reaction I had,im sure it's not 100% meat. I just hope I'm ok enough to fly home tomorrow. Read more
