Stopped by for dinner last night, didn't have to wait for a table. Friendly and attentive servers. Appetizers and sushi were all... delicious! Crouching Tiger Hidden Albacore roll and Cajun Seared Ahi Tuna roll are my favorites. Also the Baked Mussels aredelicious! This was my second time here, will definitely return again. There are no physical menus, you scan a QR code on yourphone and the menu pops up. Read more

Good chirashi and great rolls. We came here in Saturday afternoon around 3pm, and there were no line. People started to wait in... line when we finished our meal and left around 5. Read more

Newly open Sushi restaurant in Old Town Monrovia, at the former location of T.Phillips This place was very classy and upscale,... with a great open layout and decor. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. Average price for rolls was around$16. They have a nice bar, high tables or standard and an outdoor section. Will definitely return to try some of the otherrolls. I tried the Lemon Cilantro roll, Las Vegas roll and one other. My son had the Ramen and he enjoyed it. Read more

The restaurant itself was very elegant. Vaulted ceilings with unique hanging lights. We ordered the ramen combos and we were... very pleased with their tonkotsu and miso ramens. Will come back again to try their sushi and other rolls. Read more

December 2021 - Party of 2 on a Thursday around 430pm. No wait! Food/Pricing - I recommend going during happy hour! I believe... it's everyday from 230-530pm. They upped the prices for it recently and changed the menu a little bit which made me sad butstill worth it!! We went during happy hour and got: Aloha Roll ($11.50) Cajun Seared Ahi Tuna Roll ($11.50) Washington Roll($10.95) Tiger Roll ($11.50) Everything was yum but the rolls that had spicy tuna were a bit soggy. They were a bit difficultto oick up in one piece and fell apart easily. The Tiger Roll was good too but it has shrimp instead of fish on top, which Icould go without ordering next time. Service/Ambiance - Service is typically attentive and the establishment is alwaysclean! Will I be back? Of course! It's a local spot for me and has become part of my circle of foodplaces. ------------------------- August 2021 - Faves to get are the Black Dragon Roll, Golden Hill Roll, and SpiderRoll!!! Service is usually very attentive here. They understand that when someone asks for extra ginger, they mean pile on theginger and I really appreciate that as I really love ginger ????. Overall love the place and will definitely be back!!! Read more

My cousin and I stopped here on a whim. We were on our way to Sushi Nakata but found their doors closed that day, luckily Mikomi... Sushi was a few businesses down. The restaurant is very modern and clean. The staff members were friendly but could have beenmore attentive. We ordered 3 lunch combinations (Roll + Sushi + 4 pc Sashimi) which to our surprise were very filling (we couldhave ordered 2 and have been full). The salad with ginger dressing was delicious. The rolls we had chosen included: WashingtonRoll, Aloha and Crunch Roll. I would say my favorite was the Washington Roll, but I am partial to tuna so it may just be mybias. Each of the 4 pieces of sashimi had thick cuts of fish. One thing that was bothersome were the excessively large platesthe dishes were served on. We sat at a table which seated 4, but had there been 4 people each ordering a lunch special nothingwould have fit. The items were ordered barely fit. Ah, I also had an order of tamago which was not to my liking but may be forthose who prefer to it be non-sweet. Read more
