I was given a quarter pounder w/ cheese with extra bacon, when I ordered one quarter pounder w/ cheese with extra lettuce. And... when I asked it to be redone, the hamburger guy did not remove the bacon, but instead added like 6-7 portions of extra lettucesin my sandwich in a retaliatory way, so that the lettuce went everywhere in box and in my car. Had to wait over 15 minutes to order my coffees and to receive my order mixed up and cold. Had to come back in and ask to get it... fixed without acknowledgement from staff of their error. Read more
