They would not serve me .I am I truck driver they want me to use drive thru am 80 feet long . Nothing is open in this town for... truck drivers not to impressed with the service. Read more

Waited 20 mins on DT lane after placing a mobile order on the way to the location. Dining was closed and only one lane was... opened (double DT) dispite of a lone line up. At least the order taker and the DT employee were nice! Read more

I find Maniwaki McDonalds one of the slowest McDonalds I've had to wait on and as well constantly making mistakes with my orders... and this summer I've had 3 milkshakes when I would have many more if the machine wasn't broken for days on end and sometimesmore than a week. Come on McDonalds you can do better than that ???????????? Read more

Showed up at drive-thru tp get coffee around 9:45pm and waited in line only to get to the speaker at 10 to be told they're... closed. I don't understand why they did not block the lane and let the ones in line slready complete they're order. Especiallysince I'm only ordering coffee. Read more

I ordered via mobile and selected pick up at front counter. To my surprise all the doors were locked so I was standing outside... confused. Someone came out with an order saying something but I had to apologize and say that I can't speak French (Yes, it's myfault for not being able to speak the language but that's why I ordered on mobile to begin with). As soon as I said that shesaid that she doesn't speak English and started to head back inside. I had to follow her and stop her to ask if I can go insideto pick up my order and was told it was closed to go in. I had to stop her again to show her my order on my phone to finally getmy order that I paid for in advance! I was shocked to say the least. I can't believe I was denied of any service because I spokeEnglish. Please be kind to your customers. Read more
