Made an order online for curbside pickup My order was placed at 714 pm and was supposed to be ready for 730. I arrived at 74... only to wait an hour and a half. Called them 3 times and all they said was that it will be ready in 2 mins. After an hour andhalf they offered a 2 litre of coke and a few brownies. When I asked what was the reason in to which why it took so long all Igot was a "Desole" I asked 2 to 3 times to find out why it took so long and again and again... "Desole" was all I got. Ordered a few times, and yesterday, for the first time, they made a mistake and forgot an item in my order. Went back to have... the item forgotten, and instead got 5 times the amount of food that was missing (without my asking) and employee was superapologetic. Service was also super quick during a busy time (even before the mistake so it wasn't a favor treatment because ofthat). Errors happen, but it matters how you manage them. Great job St-Hubert! A really great atmosphere and one of the best lattes that I have ever had. I had a vanilla latte and if I heard correctly, they... make their own vanilla in house. It was fantastic and i highly recommend it.The interior was very nice and I just enjoyed theoverall vibe. Felt relaxed and was also able to get work done. Read more

We ordered off the quick lunch menu and it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The "veggie wrap" was terrible, hardly any... veggies and instead there was some deep fried... Meat substitute? I organized a birthday lunch. 18 people. Our food was cold for most of us. I complained and my food was warmed up as is. My... sweet potato fries did not fare well. I think I’m done with St Hubert. Too many misses. Slow and inefficient service. Read more
